ORIGA cylinders pass through a standardized 100-percent performance test in final assembly to satisfy the high quality demands in series production. The products are not only subjected to leakage measurement but the damping behavior in the cylinder end positions is checked. The Parker Hannifin GmbH uses state-of-the art testing procedures in development and design; these include fluidic and electrical measuring methods, highly accurate material analysis and various tests concerning the long-term properties of the products.

No product leaves production in Piezo Technology without passing a complete performance test (100 percent). In addition to fluidic, electrical and optical length measuring techniques, there is particular attention to the analysis of thermal properties as well as long-term stability of the products.

The Industrial Hydraulics division implements testing procedures, which are closely aligned to the customer’s actual conditions in use, in development and in series production processes using state-of-the-art equipment. 100-percent testing of components as well as subsequent 100-percent testing of the overall hydraulic system in series production ensure that product quality satisfies the most stringent demands.
